Registration for next season

Alongside presentation day this Saturday youth players and soccability will be able to register for next season at any time throughout the day. This will be under the marquee next to the pavilion.

A Membership form will need to be filled out along with signing the FA code of contact for parents .

The membership form including details of fees can be found in the documents section of teamapp if you would like to view before Saturday.
If you wish you can print this form and fill out and bring with you on Saturday however we do have plenty of forms for the day so don’t worry if you can’t do it before Saturday .

We will be required to take a photograph of your child for registration on the FA club portal .

Anyone unable to attend Saturday can register by either collecting or printing the forms.
Once filled out along with a signed code of conduct and photograph of your child, this can be passed to your teams manager/coach who will submit to the club secretary .

The hard copy of the forms will need to be passed to your manager/coach at your earliest opportunity following that.

We do not require a photograph for children signing for grasshoppers next season.

The above does not include the men’s team and the over 45 vets team whose registration will be dealt with separately by their management team and the club.
